“My son looks forward to listening every day now.”

At first, he cried, but now he eagerly asks, “Can we listen to the music?”

Happy Boy

Chaos to Calm is a 6-week program that gives you tools to help your child overcome anxiety and sensitivity to noise.

The program provides a step-by-step approach to calm children’s overly sensitive nervous system and promote well-being.

Are you ready to get coaching that will help reduce your child’s extreme sensitivity to noise and live a life with less anxiety?

Real Talk

Your child’s severe sensitivity to sound is a daily struggle.

You want to take them to a nearby playground, but they’re too anxious or scared to leave the house.

You’ve heard that creating routines and sticking to them can really help, but they haven’t, and it’s only getting harder day by day.

Maybe they really can’t stand certain sounds.

Some sounds might even cause them actual pain, and they flat-out refuse to go outside.

You really wish they could enjoy some “real kid fun” and maybe even have one good friend to play with.

Sad Boy

Did you know that …

Your child is not misbehaving.

In fact, they may be in pain.

Being sensitive to noise can affect all aspects of your child’s life.

It means that everyday sounds, such as ventilation, air conditioning, dishwasher, vacuum, car engine, other people’s conversations, or traffic, which most people don’t pay much attention to, can be loud enough to distract, frighten, and even cause physical pain for your child.

These sounds can become sources of distraction and fear.

We live in a world full of noise. Noise is present everywhere, at home, at school, and on the street. This means that your child is constantly surrounded by sources of distraction and fear.

What’s worse is that these constant heightened fears can affect your child’s behaviours, growth, and learning ability.

You’ve done everything you can, but you’re still unsure how to help your child.

You’ve tried …

  • therapies,
  • consulted with a child language specialist,
  • joined parent support organizations,
  • followed influencers,
  • asked questions, and
  • downloaded tips from social media.

Despite all your efforts, your child hasn’t shown much progress.

Second week into the music therapy, [my daughter] made eye contact with me and gave me a beautiful smile. Oh my goodness, this is the most incredible feeling I’ve had in a long time!

Seriously, it works:

My 7-year-old son has Autism and was experiencing delayed speech, sensitivity, distractibility, and picky eating.

After 6 weeks of coaching with Jenny, he became calmer, able to express himself with words instead of pulling, and his pronunciation became more accurate. Previously, shopping with him was a struggle, but now he feels comfortable in public and wants to go out all the time.

I highly recommend Jenny’s coaching to any parents who have a child on the Autism Spectrum with language delays, sensitivity, or picky eating issues.

ARIANA Mom to G, Age 7

Jenny’s knowledge of using nutrition as a natural way to help my 7-year-old daughter become more attentive and less impulsive has been a godsend. Our weekly sessions gave me so many “a-ha” moments and it is a relief that we have seen improvements without using any medications.

I wish I had met Jenny 2 years ago when my daughter began having issues at school. I feel so lucky that we have finally found her.

Sensory Issue With Clothes

Ever wondered …

Ever wondered why your kid isn’t improving despite everything you’ve tried?

The brain’s development follows a specific order …

Starting with the senses and moving up to more complex thinking processes. If your little one is struggling with sensory overload, their difficulties are rooted in the basic level of brain development. But, many methods tend to focus on the more advanced aspects of brain growth. It’s like trying to teach multiplication to a kid who’s still struggling with addition.

That’s why it’s really important to address your child’s sensory issues. By doing that, you can also see improvements in their behavior, language skills, and learning abilities.

“Chaos to Calm” specifically targets and strengthens the foundation of your child’s nervous system.

Seriously, it works:

What a challenge it was getting [my daughter] dressed every morning because any outfit we tried was either too something—too loose, too tight, felt weird etc.

Jenny explained that sometimes people are overly sensitive to things touching their skin. After working with Jenny, the morning drama decreased substantially and we got my daughter dressed a lot more easily.

– Karen, Mom to R, Age 6

[My son] has autism. He has a strong will, and when it’s not accepted, he expresses his frustration through crying, screaming, lying on the floor, and occasionally hitting my head and belly.

After 6 weeks of coaching, his will remains strong, but he now listens to my opinion more and has reduced the frequency of hitting. Also, our daily music time has been a great chance to really observe my child and strengthen our bond.

-Sharon, Mom to L, Age 9

[My son] had a lot of problems at daycare. He was hyperactive and aggressive, often yelling, hitting, and pushing other kids. Also, he often got sick with flu symptoms like a runny nose and cough, so he missed about half of the daycare days each month.

After getting help from Jenny, his behavior completely changed. Now he is calmer and gets along well with other kids, and his cough and runny nose are gone too. The daycare no longer calls me! I wish I had done this sooner.

-Shally, Mom to M, Age 2

Frequently Asked Questions

How can my child access the music therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP)?

Your child can listen to the music in the comfort of your home with with you accompanying them. You can access the SSP App from your phone and I will guide you through when to listen, how long to listen, and other details.

How long will my child listen the music in a day?

It depends on how sensitive your child is. But typically speaking, 5-10 minutes a day.

Does my child need to listen to it every day? What if my child skips once or twice?

Consistency matters, but life happens, so it’s okay to skip here and there. The key thing is to build a listening session as part of the relaxation routine.

Typically, it takes a few days to get used to it, but children often look forward to the music session because they feel good and relaxed.

Children really enjoy this short bonding time with their parent. They often ask for it before the parent mentions it.

What kind of music will my child listen to?

There are two choices available – children’s songs and classical. We’ll discuss which one is better for your child.

Is the music the same that I can get from YouTube or other music apps?

Yes, you can find the same music on the internet. However, the breakthrough or game changer of SSP is the filtration or modulation of melody and rhythm of the music with the intent of shifting the nervous system to the optimal state.

When will I see the result of my child - when my child becomes calm and behaves better?

It really varies. Typically, parents report various subtle changes in their child as fast as the first week – often they sleep better.

They also notice their child speaks more accurately, especially for those who have a speech delay.

They make eye contact and share toys, etc.

The reduced noise sensitivity comes later weeks of listening to the music program, but it does come for sure.

Can I just do the music therapy alone without nutrition coaching?

Yes, you can. It’s available as a VIP one-to-one coaching.

How long does the effect of this music therapy (SSP) last? Does my child have to keep going back to do it after a period of time?

The duration of the effect depends on how well your child is supported nutritionally and emotionally after completing SSP. To put it simply, maintaining the achieved benefits is similar to maintaining one’s ideal weight. It depends on factors such as diet, exercise, and other considerations.

The music therapy has two goals:

  1. Strengthening specific ear nerves associated with reducing sound sensitivity, while your child enjoys the music.
  2. Shifting the nervous system from survival mode to well-being mode.

The duration of the effect will depend on the amount of stress your child experiences, including internal factors such as nutritional deficiencies, toxin accumulation, and gut dysfunctions. The nervous system and brain require energy and nutrients from food to function optimally 24/7.

That’s why Sensitivity Care also addresses your child’s nutrition.

No need to worry, you will receive guidance on how to support your child even after the coaching in the last session.
